These pendants can be tooled and colored creatively any style you wish! You can wear your pendant as a necklace or use it as a keychain. These are a great way to use up all those small leather scraps you don't know what to do with! Pattern was designed for leather but could be adapted for other materials. 

Project difficulty - novice leatherworker. The small size of these pieces make them a little tricky but that also means you aren't wasting materials if you mess up! A great way to practice your skills. You can get as detailed as you like with the tooling, which means you decide the difficulty. 
Leather tooling is a very accessible hobby and you don't need many tools to get started! For this project I recommend an exacto knife & cutting mat, a pencil, a swivel knife, texture tools of your choosing, and a method for punching holes in leather. I recommend 6oz or thicker vegtan cowhide for this project, I used 10oz.
