Sansa Leather Armor - PDF Pattern for Cosplay

Build your own Sansa Stark cosplay armor! Using my framework and instructions the armor can be built to your exact measurements. My pattern was designed for leather but could be modified for use with EVA foam. Completed armor is all one bodice that laces up at the back. The optional wolf collar is separate from the armor & is worn underneath it like a dicky.

Included: step-by-step illustrated assembly instructions, framework and template patterns to create the strips, embossing pattern to add the optional pattern to the front, worksheet for taking measurements. I also have a youtube video with further guidance.

Project difficulty: this is a complex project! I recommend having leathercraft/cosplay/crafting experience as you will need decent problem solving skills. The only actual leathercraft skills needed are: cutting, hole punching & rivet/eyelet setting. The direwolf collar also requires leather tooling and stitching skills but the collar is optional.

Tools/Materials
- About a side of leather 5oz or thinner (use black leather or dye your own)
- Knife, cutting surface & metal ruler,
- Optional leather strap cutter will save you time.
- Flexible measuring tape.
- A couple hundred rivets of various lengths and a rivet setter.
- Eyelets or grommets & matching setter.
- Cord or elastic to tie up the back.
- The optional wolf collar also requires: tooling stamps, needle and waxed thread for stitching, a piece of thinner garment leather for the under portion.
