Ekko Mask Pattern from Arcane - PDF Pattern for Leather

Ekko mask from Arcane printable PDF pattern for leather. This pattern was designed for 5oz vegtan cowhide which is 2mm thick, therefore it would also be possible to utilize the pattern for 2mm eva foam.

Skills required: exacto knife cutting, swivel knife carving, optional tooling, fine shaping, rivet setting, painting.

Tools required: For this project I recommend an exacto knife, cutting mat, pencil/pen, swivel knife, rivet setter, and a leather hole punch.

Materials: I used 5oz vegtan cowhide for the mask & a piece of black leather garment leather for the forehead flap. I also used vegtan for the straps but you could really use any non-stretchy leather. For the eyes I used a piece of visor but you could use anything black that you are able to see through (for example screen or thin fabric). The pattern also requires several rivets, a 1/2" buckle and glue.

This instant download includes PDFs for printing on US letter or A4 paper sizes as well as a list of suggested materials and brief leather mask making instructions. There is also a youtube video showing my process.
