Annatar Feather Cowl-dron

Annatar's feathery shoulder mantle (cowl + pauldron = cowl-dron?) PDF pattern. Warning: the pattern for the underlayer was made to fit me (a 5'4" medium sized female). You are on your own adjusting the size to fit yourself (that's why it's free). The underlayer pattern does NOT include seam allowance so take that into account. I cut the large feathers at least 4x, the mediums at least 5x, and the smalls 6x or more but it completely depends how thickly you layer them.
